IMSA Wheels

Today I dug out something from deep down in the archive folders: a Peugeot Bipper with a set of IMSA wheels, more commonly found on a Lamborghini Gallardo of the same vintage. Would somebody in his right mind would run a small van with a set of wheels that easily cost more than the entire vehicle? No. Especially not with the constant risk of curbing them multiple times per day while doing deliveries. Back in 2008, I was just playing around with the wheels on a variety of different cars, thought they would suit the boxy Bipper quite well, added side skirts, started modifying the front bumper … and abandoned the project for 15 years. All it needed was 20 minutes of touch-ups on the front fascia redesign. Et voilá – c’est fini.
